Company documents
- Copy of a valid passport or ID card (front and back) for at least 1 director of the company
- Copy of a valid passport or ID card (front and back) for all authorised persons, Shareholders/UBO(s) with 25% or more ownership
Proof of nature of business
- Proof of where your company operates on a day-to-day basis e.g. a utility bill, office rent invoice or tenancy agreement in the business name issued in the last 3 months
- A one month transactional bank statement from your business account, issued in the last 3 months
- Proof of valid licence(s) granted from an approved regulatory body, if applicable
- Proof of warehouse, drop shipping contracts etc in the business name, if applicable
