To ensure the security and accuracy of our services, all Enterprise clients must provide valid identification documents. The required documents vary depending on your citizen, resident, or non-citizen status. Please take a look at the following guidelines to make sure your documents meet the requirements.
Citizens
Required Documents: National ID, passport, or full driving license.
Validity: The document must be valid for at least 1 month from the date of application.
Residents or Non-Citizens
Required Documents: National ID, passport, or full driving license.
Validity: The document must be valid for at least 1 month from the date of application.
Additional Requirements: Utility bill, or a bank statement. The document must be not older than 3 months.
Unsupported Documents
Short-term, tourist, seasonal, and student visas.
E-residency cards and student residence permits.
Applications to extend a visa or permanent residence if the extension decision has not yet been granted.
General Requirements
Name Match: The full name on your ID must exactly match the name on your application, including first name, middle name, and last name.
Document Integrity: Documents must be clear and undamaged. They should not be blurred or worn out.
Photo Quality: All photos must be clear, with all required details visible. For driver's licenses and ID cards, both the front and back sides must be provided. All corners of the document must be visible when presented as a photo or scan.
Document Validity: Your documents must be valid for at least 1 month from the date of application.
