- The law to which the body corporate is subject and its constitution (e.g., Articles of Association or similar governing documentation)
- Proof of the company’s status in the public records of the relevant authority to ensure that the company is an active legal entity

For Financial Institutions

MLRO Designation and AML Compliance Documentation
- Board resolution designating the MLRO, along with an ID of the Enterprise's MLRO and their Curriculum Vitae (CV) or other proof of experience
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and procedures (Handbook/Manual/other) and approval by the Financial Institution’s Board
- Latest independent review of AML policies and procedures (if applicable) and the institution’s response to the review (if available)
- AML training materials and evidence of AML training for the Enterprise’s employees
